Paris Boba Tea was born from a simple craving — the chewy, comforting joy of a proper bubble tea, made with real leaves and real care, right in the heart of downtown Paris, Ontario.
We steep our teas by hand, cook our pearls in small batches, and finish each cup like a little pastry-shop treat. Alongside them, we serve a curated selection of cakes & pastries — delivered fresh every morning — so there's always something sweet to sip and savour together.

Two friends, one tiny apartment, and endless late-night batches of tapioca until the chew was just right.

Our pop-up at the Paris Fair sold out three weekends in a row. The queues told us it was time.
